- We will not be responsible for damages, delays, or losses during mailing
- Items are checked thoroughly before packing
Products may include makeup, skincare, haircare, body care, fragrances, makeup tools, and accessories.
All items are lightly used or swatched once or twice for content purposes only and will be sanitised before packing.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Contents are random
- Minor signs of use are normal
- Expectations should be reasonable for a preloved mystery bag

Retnurs
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is delivered to you damaged, we will accept returns and issue refunds. To initiate a return, please notify us within the same day of your order delivery, providing proof of the damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or issue a discount code that can be used for future purchases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment or issued as cash returned to your account/credit card, within a specified number of days. The exact processing time will be communicated to you via email.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again, as refunds typically take 3-7 working days to reflect.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Get in touch with your bank, as there can be a processing time involved before the refund is posted.
4. If you have completed all the above steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at support@makeuphavencosmetics.com, and we will assist you further.
Sale Items (if applicable)
We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at support@makeuphavencosmetics.com, and we will provide you with further details regarding the exchange process.
Shipping
If you wish to exchange an item (excluding damaged or wrong items), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
