You won't know what's in them until you open the box. No picking of items allowed! However, please be assured that each box will contain close to or at least close to double its value. Please refrain from comparing your mystery bags with others, as everyone will be receiving different items. Some bags may be of higher value and some may not as they are all randomly packed. Orders for mystery bags or containing the mystery bag will be shipped in 7-9 working days. Do expect longer waiting time during the busy holiday or festive season.
You will not find items inside that are shade specific for certain skin tones ie: concealer/foundation. Items inside the mystery would range from makeup, skincare, haircare, body care, makeup tools like brushes/sponges etc. Ideal as a surprise gift for yourself or as small gifts for friends and family. Everyone loves a mystery!
We also have different tiers available to cater to your budget. Of course the higher you go, the better your bag would be. We have $100-$500 Mystery Bags! Get ready to spoil yourself with one of our bags.
The best part is, your mystery bag will always be worth more than what you are paying for. Please note that everyone's mystery bag is different. Some customer's bag may be worth more because as mentioned, they are all prepacked. Kindly avoid comparing the bags as everyone's is different and chosen randomly.
All Mystery Boxes are final sale and are not eligible for a return, refunds, or exchanges. Due to the volume of orders expected, shipping can take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding!
Retnurs
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is delivered to you damaged, we will accept returns and issue refunds. To initiate a return, please notify us within the same day of your order delivery, providing proof of the damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or issue a discount code that can be used for future purchases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment or issued as cash returned to your account/credit card, within a specified number of days. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Sale Items (if applicable)
We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at support@makeuphavencosmetics.com, and we will provide you with further details regarding the exchange process.
Shipping
If you wish to exchange an item (excluding damaged or wrong items), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
